“Great service from C.J. Mulholland Mattress Factory Ltd.! The prices couldn’t be beat! I've gone to all the chain mattress stores, every single one trying to sell me the most expensive mattress to make commission. Mulholland Mattress Factory beats them all in prices. I purchased a king size bed box spring and metal frame in April 2014 with delivery for under $2000. You won’t find that anywhere else! The General Manager was incredible and helped us tremendously in trying to find our new mattress. He is very patient and knowledgeable so he really puts in the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for or what the problem is to find the best mattress for your needs. It sounds so commercial but it’s very true. They are very accommodating with delivery. Honestly the best sales experience I’ve had, and almost 2 years later I am very happy with our purchase! I will definitely return next time I need another mattress!”

“We, as a family, have used C.J. Mulholland Mattress Factory Ltd. mattress for several purchases over the years. Being that the company manufactures their mattresses they will work with you to get the perfect mattress for your needs. The mattresses are well constructed and last years. A young family will outgrow their mattresses before they wear which is what lead us to be a life time customer of CJ Mulholland. They have all the latest mattress manufacturing technology capabilities from cool foam toppers, pocket coils etc to dorm room mattresses and custom fits. If the mattress is not in stock that you are looking for they will manufacture your mattress and deliver it to you. All mattresses we have purchased are equal to or exceed the big brand names of similar style and construction at less cost because you are dealing with the manufacturer not a middleman retailer. Currently the company has a show room on the East Hamilton mountain on Stonechurch Rd. and the factory showroom on Barton St E. We have visited both and have been greeted pleasantly and professionally at both sites. They know the mattress business thoroughly and don’t hesitate to offer suggestions in helping choose a mattress, bed frame etc.”

“Just thought you should know that you have some very excellent and very professional staff and that they should be commended for their excellence, professionalism and customer service.
My name is Kristine and your establishment was recommended to me by my sister who was also a very satisfied customer (she bought a futon frame & mattress).
So off I go hunting for something to sleep on, my first stop was your Stonechurch location where I meet Beverly. Now there is a lady who knows her stuff. After explaining my situation we bounced a few ideas around then Beverly came up with the perfect solution to my situation. This was Beverly’s suggestion: if I didn’t want to end up with two queen bed frames perhaps I should consider the queen Futon frame with the queen mattress I liked in your store, this way I would have the mattress I wanted and would have a good sleep and when I was ready for my queen bed base I could order the one I wanted, the adjustable, massage frame you have on display at the Stonechurch location. It was just the solution that fit my situation. I go off to find the queen size Futon frame. I found a few places that offered queen size Futon frames but I wanted to give Mulholland’s a chance to sell me one even if it had to be special ordered. Beverly got back to me within a few days to advise that it wasn’t possible but that once I had the Futon frame settled she would be happy to take care of the mattress for me. That is exactly what Beverly did for me. I was on my way back from Toronto having purchased my Queen size Futon frame, mattress, tax, delivery and set-up all for under $1,000. I called Beverly to let her know that I had a frame and when the delivery would be so that we could co-ordinate the mattress delivery. I went into the store the next (Thursday) day to place the order, pay for it and arrange delivery, which to my surprise was going to be Monday, May 12th today. Monday arrives and Beverly calls to ask if the mattress could be delivered in the morning, which is just fine with me.
Here comes the Mulholland truck down the road and two very nice young guys come out of the truck they haul the mattress they get it up 6 steps into an small living room, get it down 11 steps and into a nice room in the basement of my sister's home. The whole time not one word or complaint about the stairs. I asked if they could tie up the Futon mattress that was on the frame from last night and these nice gentlemen did so and also put it back into the plastic and put it out of the way for me. These two young men went above and beyond their delivery duties.
Again I would like to commend you in the excellent and professional employees you have working with you.
