We are a mattress factory in the truest sense, but we sell direct. We’re also the only one of its kind in the area. To our clients, it’s no surprise that the company has been around for more than 25 years.
We create custom mattresses for any space, on land, or on water.

We also carry a full line of latex and memory foam pillows.
We have beds for every need that match any size or style. The C.J. Mulholland Mattress Factory Ltd. offers 20 different styles of mattresses—from the inexpensive, with a five-year warranty, to top-of-the-line adjustable beds with pocket coils, memory foam, and a 30-year warranty. We even make futons.
If you want to save even more, buying directly from the manufacturer allows you to order a mismatched box spring and mattress.

Family run, we are now headed by Cliff Mulholland III. This company was founded by his grandfather and father – both of who worked in other mattress companies before deciding to go out on their own.
We accept insurance claims for medically beneficial mattresses. Also, we will be opening a new store in Burlington very soon.
